1 on 1 sessionsEnjoy a personal touch to your training, choose from either 30mins or 1 hour sessions, to maximise your results.

4 to 1 sessions- Have you got a group of friends, all wanting to have a good kick start to their training?  Enjoy this small group session, and watch how you bounce off and motivate each other in this fun and rewarding way of training.

Metabolic Testing- By taking out 2 simple tests we can set you a 12 week training plan to train your body both at rest and whilst training, to be more efficient and be a fat burning machine!!

 

Bootcamp- 6 weekly sessions of continuous fun, effective and challenging exercises.  Enjoy this session outdoors (weather permitting) and feel the many benefits of outdoor circuit style training.  Dates of each bootcamp will be updated here, so keep checking for new scheduled dates.
